A recent study of 5000 seniors indicate that those who live in a community with friendly neighbors and a strong connection to those living around them reduces the likelihood of heart attacks.  Read the article below for more information.

We are social creatures and not meant to live in isolation. This study reinforces that we all need a few or more good friends and ways to connect with each other.
