Under the supervision of a registered dietitian and certified dietary manager, dining staff always aim to please.
We utilize a four week/seasonal rotating resident choice menu system with “always available” menus. This system allows each resident to choose what they prefer to eat. Fresh fruit and other snacks are always available.
Our dietitian reviews each resident’s intake monthly for weight gainl/oss and makes recommendations for changes.
